Caring Conversations Thursday, May 9th 6:00 pm

Join Jackie Pinkowitz from the Dementia Action Alliance and Mary Beth Kane for a heartfelt conversation about making our community a better place to live fully with dementia. Become an advocate that helps create hope, and inspiration for our neighbors living with dementia. All are welcome. A light supper will be served.

Managing Communications in Alzheimer’s Disease - Thursday, May 30th 6:00 pm

Join us & Alzheimer's New Jersey on May 30 as we host Managing Communications in Alzheimer’s Disease. Free to join, but RSVP required! As Alzheimer’s Disease progresses, people with the disease lose their verbal communication ability and often communicate through behavior. Learn how to enhance communication at each stage of the disease, recognizing behavior as a form of communication.  A light supper will be served.

AARP Defensive Driving – Wednesday, June 12th  8:30 am – 4:00 pm

AARP Smart Driver Course, offered by AARP Driver Safety, is the nation’s largest classroom and online driver safety course and is designed especially for drivers age 50 and older.
Refresh your driving skills and knowledge of the rules of the road. Discover proven driving methods to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the road. $15 for AARP members - $20 for non-members. Lunch is included.
