SEE AND BE SEEN !!

With the changing of seasons, the morning and evening commutes will be darker. Because of the reduced visibility, it can be an especially dangerous time for pedestrians, children waiting at bus stops and motorists. Pedestrians should consider wearing bright or reflective clothing or carry a flashlight to increase the distance in which they can be seen. Whether walking or jogging, New Jersey Traffic laws require that sidewalks be used where available. Drivers should reduce vehicle speed and be alert of pedestrians at all times, especially in low light conditions. The decision you make could have an impact on someone’s life.
